Directory limitations
A source-confirmed record means only that the cited public dataset reported the stated status when checked. It is not a workmanship review, recommendation, guarantee of availability, confirmation of insurance, or determination that a business may perform a particular project at your address. Recheck current requirements and compare written proposals before hiring.
Estimates only
Results are informational planning estimates, not quotes, bids, engineering advice, or financial advice. Confirm scope, code requirements, and price with a properly licensed local contractor before committing funds.
Sponsorship terms
Category sponsorships are clearly labelled advertising and do not buy an endorsement, ranking, calculator change or editorial influence. Applications require approval before payment. A subscription begins only after Stripe confirms payment and continues monthly until cancelled under the Stripe billing terms shown at checkout. Invalid, misleading or unsafe creative may be refused or removed.
No warranty
Inputs, indices, mappings and advertising availability can be incomplete, delayed or unsuitable for a specific property or campaign. Use is at your own risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live.
